A STUDY OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORSIN LAMPHUN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The study of creative leadership of school administrators in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area 2 has the objectives. To study and compare the creative leadership of school administrators in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified by gender and work experience The sample group consisted of 244 educational personnel in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 using a questionnaire as a tool. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and compared by ready-made data analysis programs From the study, it was found that 1) the level of creative leadership of school administrators in Lamphun Primary Educational Service Area 2 was overall at a high level. The side with the highest average is Vision Next is creativity and the aspect and Teamwork with the lowest average was flexibility and adaptability. 2) Compare opinions by gender. Found that overall Not significantly different. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect was flexible, adaptable and teamwork were significantly different at the 05 level and compared by work experience, it was found that overall they were not significantly different. When considering each aspect, it was found that creativity was the aspect. The aspect of being flexible and adaptable and the aspect of having vision. There is a statistical significant difference at the .05 level.

การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 2 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 2 จำนวน 244 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบโดยโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสำเร็จรูป จากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำพูน เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ รองลงมาคือด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ การมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นโดยจำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 และเปรียบเทียบโดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัวและด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
