Factors Affecting Effectiveness of The Learner Quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study. 1) to study the factors affecting effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6. 2) to study the effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6. 3) To study the relationship between factors affecting and effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6. 4) To create predictive equations for factors affecting effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6. The samples were administrators and teachers of Suksasongkhro School Group 6, totaling 248 indiduals. The tools used include questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this research found that: 1) the factors affecting effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6, overall, was at the highest level, with the factors related to school administrators having the highest average. 2) the overall effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6 was at the high level, with academic performance having the highest average. 3) the factors affecting effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6 show that all 6 factors have a significant positive relationship with the learner quality, statistically significant at the .01 level. Factors related to teachers show the highest correlation. 4) Predictive equations for the factors affecting effectiveness of the learner quality of Suksasongkhro School Group 6 involve 3 factors: teacher-related factors, budget-related factors, and media and technology-related factors. These equations are statistically significant at the .01 level, predicting success by 83.5%, as follows: Raw score equation:= 1.613 + 0.263(X2) + 0.185(X4) + 0.148(X6). Standardized score equation: = 0.441(Z2) + 0.350(Z4) + 0.211(Z6).

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลและคุณภาพด้านผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 จำนวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ปัจจัยด้านผู้บริหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางวิชาการมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียนของโรงเรียนการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ กลุ่ม 6 พบว่า ทั้ง 6 ปัจจัย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอนมีค่าความสัมพันธ์สูงที่สุด 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านครูผู้สอน, ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ และปัจจัยด้านสื่อและเทคโนโลยี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยสามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จร้อยละ 83.50 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ สมการรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ = 1.613 + 0.263(X2) + 0.185(X4) + 0.148(Xุ6) และสมการรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ = 0.441(Z2) + 0.350(Z4) + 0.211(Z6)
