THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING WITH COOPERATIVE LEARNINGUSING THE STAD TECHNIQUE TO ENHANCE THE ABILITY TO SOLVE MATHEMATICALPROBLEMS ON SINGLE VARIABLE LINEAR EQUATIONS ANDTEAMWORK SKILLS OF MATHAYOMSUKSA 1 STUDENTS

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) compare the ability to solve mathematical problems regarding linear equations with one variable among Mathayomsuksa 1 students before and after problem-based learning together with cooperative learning using the STAD technique. 2) study of the teamwork skills of Mathayomsuksa 1 students after problem-based learning together with cooperative learning using the STAD technique; and 3) study of the satisfaction's students. The target group in this research was Matthayomsuksa 1 at Sanklangwittaya School, who are studying in the second semester of the academic year 2023. The number of students was 14. The research instruments were: 1) a lesson plan on linear equations in one variable through problem-based learning together with cooperative learning using STAD techniques. 2) The test measures your ability to solve mathematical problems in linear equations with a single variable. 3) A teamwork skills assessment form; and 4) A questionnaire examining students satisfaction with using problem-based learning management with cooperative learning using the STAD technique. The data were analyzed for mean, standard deviation, and statistical analysis. Nonparametric Test Wilcoxon signed the rank test. The results showed that: 1) The student’s mathematics problem-solving ability regarding linear equations with one variable after studying through problem-based learning management with cooperative learning using the STAD technique was significantly higher than those before studying at the .05 level. 2) Teamwork skills of Mathayomsuksa 1 students: after problem-based learning management combined with cooperative learning using STAD techniques, students had a very good level of teamwork skills. and 3) Students’ satisfaction with using problem-based learning management with cooperative learning using the STAD technique of Matthayomsuksa 1 students, was rated the highest.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค STAD 2) ศึกษาทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค STAD และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนสันกลางวิทยา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 14 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค STAD 2) แบบวัดความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง สมการเชิงเส้นตัวแปรเดียว 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบด้วยสถิติ Nonparametric Test แบบ Wilcoxon signed Rank test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง สมการเชิงเส้นตัวแปรเดียว ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับ การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค STAD สูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับ การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค STAD ในภาพรวมมีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม อยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ปัญหาเป็นฐานร่วมกับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค STAD ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด
