THE ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS THAT AFFECTING ADMINISTRATION QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION STANDARDS UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANGMAI VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of administrative skills of school administrators, 2) study the level of administration quality of Vocational Education Standards, 3) study the correlation between the administrative skills of school administrators and the administration quality of Vocational Education Standards, and 4) create the forecasting equation for the administration quality of Vocational Education Standards under the Office of Chiang Mai Vocational Education Commission. The sample of this research were 275 teachers from schools under the Office of Chiang Mai Vocational Education Commission, which were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire which the reliability value of the whole questionnaire was obtained as 0.832. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The research results were found as follows: 1) the level of administrative skills of school administrators, overall, was at the highest level, 2) the level of administration quality of Vocational Education Standards, overall, was at the highest level, 3) the administrative skills of school administrators was positively correlated with a relatively moderate level to the administration quality of Vocational Education Standards, and 4) the administrative skills of school administrators affecting to the administration quality of Vocational Education Standards under the Office of Chiang Mai Vocational Education Commission, which cloud forecasted by 37.50 percent with the statistical significance level at .01, as the forecast equation in the raw score: Ŷtot = 1.878 + 0.278(X3) + 0.185 (X1) + 0.114 (X2) and the forecast equation in the standard score: Ẑy = 0.355(Zx3) + 0.261(Zx1) + 0.162(Zx2)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาคุณภาพการบริหารตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับคุณภาพการบริหารตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์คุณภาพการบริหารตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสังกัดสำนักงานอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 275 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.832 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) คุณภาพการบริหารตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ทักษะการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพการบริหารตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษาในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถพยากรณ์คุณภาพการบริหารตามมาตรฐานการอาชีวศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 37.50 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เขียนในรูปแบบของสมการทํานายในรูปคะแนนดิบ คือ Ŷtot = 1.878 + 0.278(X3) + 0.185(X1) + 0.114(X2) และสมการทํานายในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Ẑy = 0.355(Zx3) + 0.261(Zx1) + 0.162(Zx2)
