Relationship Between Strategic Leadership and Risk Management of School Administrators under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of strategic leadership of school administrators, 2) the level of risk management of school administrators, and 3) the relationship between the strategic leadership and risk management of school administrators under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples used in this study were 327 teachers under schools of Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table, which were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of this research were found as follows:1)the level of strategic leadership of school administrators was qualified as good level for overall performance, 2)the level of risk management of school administrators was qualified as good level for overall performance, and 3)the relationship between strategic leadership and risk management of school administrators under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was a positively correlated with a moderate level at .01 level of significance.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์กับการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำนวน 327 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
