A STUDY OF THE ADMINISTRATION AND INSTRUCTIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE CURRICULUM THAT ENHANCES THE POTENTIAL OF ENGIEERING APPLIED SCIENCE LEARNERS MUNICIPAL SCHOOL 6, NAKHON CHIANG RAI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to study the administration and management of teaching and learning in the curriculum promoting the potential of students in Engineering and Applied Science Program (ESC) at Chiang Rai Municipality School 6, and 2) to study the development guidelines for the administration and management of teaching and learning in the curriculum promoting the potential of students in the Engineering and Applied Science Program (ESC) at Nakhon Chiang Rai Municipality School 6 to promote students' potential. This research was Qualitative research and Quantitative research The research area at Chiang Rai Municipality School 6, Chiang Rai Province. The sample group was 1) Informants group consisted of researcher, school administrators, teachers and educational personnel, and ESC students at Chiang Rai Municipality School 6, totaling 201 people by using stratified random sampling and determining the sample size based on the (Krejcie and Morgan table (1970). And 2) experts group consisted of faculty members, educational service, and educational administration experts, totaling 7 people by using Purposive Sampling, Research instruments were questionnaire and semi-structured interview. Quantitatively analyze data using basic statistics to find frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and qualitatively analyze data by content analysis. The results found that, 1) A study on the administration and management of teaching and learning in the curriculum promoting the potential of students in engineering and applied sciences at Chiang Rai Municipality School 6 revealed that administrators, teachers, and students have positive opinions on the administration and management of the curriculum promoting the potential of students in engineering and applied sciences. The overall satisfaction levels have increased in all aspects. 2) A study on the development guidelines for the administration and management of the curriculum promoting the potential of students in engineering and applied sciences at Chiang Rai Municipality School 6, found that the researchers have proposed development guidelines for the administration and management of the curriculum promoting the potential of students in engineering and applied sciences. Chiang Rai Municipality School 6 consists of six approaches 1) based Curriculum Administration and Management (Team), 2) Academic Collaboration with Higher Education Institutions (Network), 3) Collaborative Vision Building (Vision), 4) Collaboration with Community Networks (Cooperative), 5) Competency-Based Learning Management, 6) Lesson Learning for Excellence (Lesson learn).

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้เรียนด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ (Engineering and Applied Science Program: ESC) โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้เรียนด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ (Engineering and Applied Science Program: ESC) โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ พื้นที่วิจัย คือ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ 1) กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยวิจัย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูและนักเรียนหลักสูตร ESC โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย จำนวน 201 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejci and Morgan, 1970) โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) และ และ 2) กลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิประกอบด้วยคณาจารย์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารการศึกษา จำนวน 7 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติพื้นฐานประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้เรียน ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย พบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครูและนักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้เรียนด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากขึ้นไปทุกด้าน 2) การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรส่งเสริม ศักยภาพผู้เรียนด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงราย พบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตร ส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้เรียนด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ประยุกต์ โรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 นครเชียงรายประกอบด้วย 6 แนวทางได้แก่ 1) การบริหารและการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรแบบเป็นทีม (Team) 2) การสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษา (Network) 3) การสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม (Vision) 4) การร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่าย (Cooperative) 5) การจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะ (Competency based learning management) และ 6) การถอดบทเรียนเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Lesson learn)
