THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

This independent study aims to study 1) the level of organizational health 2) the level of organizational effectiveness of schools and 3) the relationship between organizational health and effectiveness of school administration under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples used in this study were consisted of 322 administrators and teachers in Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, academic year 2023. The instrument used for data collection was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with IOC index between 0.67 - 1.00 and a reliability was 0.97. The data were analyzed by the statistics of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that 1) the organizational health of school administration under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was rated at a high level. Considering each aspect, the results ranked from the high to the low level as follows: leadership, goal focus, morale, cohesiveness, communication, and resource support respectively. 2) The effectiveness of school administration under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was rated at the highest level. Considering each aspect, the results ranked from the high to the low level as follows: personnel management, educational administration, and student quality. 3) The relationship between organizational health and effectiveness of school administration under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was found at a positive and high level with a statistical significance of .01

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การ 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม (Reliability) เท่ากับ 0.973 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ ด้านเป้าหมาย ด้านขวัญกำลังใจ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านความสามัคคี และด้านการสนับสนุนทรัพยากร 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดการบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารจัดการศึกษาและคุณภาพผู้เรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
