The Relationship between Technological Leadership of School Administrators and Effectiveness of School Administration Under Secondary Education Service Area Office Chiang Rai

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the technological leadership of school administrators, 2) the effectiveness of school administration, and 3) the relationship between the technological leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school administration under Secondary Education Area Office Chiang Rai. The samples used in this study were 310 teachers from schools under Secondary Education Area Office Chiang Rai. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan's table and was selected by using stratified random sampling based on schools’ size The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with 5 levels, with a validity by IOC value ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.850 Statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis.

The research revealed that: 1) the technological leadership status of school administrators was at high level, 2) the effectiveness of school administration was at high level, and 3) the relationship between the technological leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of school administration under Secondary Education Area Office Chiang Rai was a positively correlated with a high level at a significance level of .01.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำนวน 310 คน โดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนในการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง และคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่า IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 ซึ่งมีความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหา และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.850 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
