A MODEL OF ADMINISTRATION TO INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION FOR OPPORTUNITY EXTENSION SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

This research has a main purpose to develop a model of administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools. And specifically purpose 1) To study the components and guidelines of administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools. Step 1.1) To study the components of administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools, the process involved surveying 340 administrators of Opportunity Extension Schools using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis. Step 1.2) To study the guidelines of administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools. Additionally, in-depth interviews with 7 experts were conducted using a semi-structured format to explore best practices for leading such an innovative school. The data from these interviews were analyzed through content analysis techniques. 2) To developing administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools, perform model analysis and evaluate the suitability of model. The tools used to gather data include 15 expert model assessments. 3) To evaluate evaluating a model of administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools with a sample group of 254 administrators who were leading innovation in Education Sandbox. The tools used to gather data include the evaluation of the possibilities and benefits of the model.

The results indicated that 1) Study Results of the components and guidelines of administration for Innovative Organizations for Opportunity Extension Schools. 1.1) The overall level of administration and innovative organization components for Opportunity Extension School is at the highest level . The confirmatory factor analysis found that the model was consistently absorbed with very good demonstrative data on all components. 1.2) The guidelines of the Administration to Innovative Organization for Opportunity Extension School consisted of three parts: principles and objectives, the innovation management process, and success conditions. 2) The created model was highly suitable, according to expert opinions. Moreover 3) The assessment results of the model of administration for innovative organizations at Opportunity Extension School show a high level of the possibilities, with the highest level of benefits.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียน ขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางในการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1.1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 340 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน 1.2) การศึกษาแนวทางในการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จํานวน 7 คน จากแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหาร สู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ดำเนินการยกร่างรูปแบบและประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 15 คน 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในพื้นที่นำร่องนวัตกรรมการศึกษา จำนวน 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางในการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา 1.1) ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบในการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาพื้นฐาน ในภาพรวมระดับการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับแรก พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ดีมาก ทุกองค์ประกอบ 1.2) แนวทางในการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์ ส่วนที่ 2 กระบวนการการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ส่วนที่ 3 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ 2) ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหาร สู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสม ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ผลการประเมินการบริหารสู่องค์การนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
